Unhealthy lifestyle, age, genetics are the reasons behind the increase in visual impairment.  Researchers believe that these factors are responsible for poor vision.  Besides, if daily habits are followed properly, eye health problems can be much less.  Bad daily habits also affect one's eyesight.  Complications can increase over time if not treated.

Excessive screen time- Working with your face on the laptop, computer, mobile screen for a long time has a great impact on the eyes.  Eye problems have doubled due to work from home due to lockdown.  Eye problems need to be diagnosed by examination if lifestyle changes are not possible.  Look at some object 20 feet away every 20 minutes for 20 seconds to reduce eye strain.
